Poll Worker Guidebooks and Documents

My primary project with Elections Canada was to participate in the Voting Services Optimization project, where a collaboration between designers and voting process subject matter experts would redesign the processes used at polls. In my part, I redesigned and modernized the poll worker guidebooks, forms, certificates, and aid materials. Injecting them with more style, positive visual aesthetic, and most importantly, ease of usability. By designing, testing and evaluating a number of models, we created a suite of products that were pleasant to use, and promoted user compliance.
